Carnival Magic Cruise January 8, 2012 - January 14, 2012

                             We arrived early to board the Cruise Ship to find out that it had been
                              caught up in fog.  So we shopped the Strand in Galveston, well some
                                                          of us did....LOL

                                            Alot of history in the Galveston Strand. We had a
                                            very enjoyable morning.

On board "Lido Deck"  just as we were sailing about 8:00 P.M.
Frank and Barbara Adamack and Yolanda and Ray Solis.

We have cruised with Yolanda and Ray before and they
are great friends and wonderful to travel with.
We look forward to many more cruises with them.
Yolanda and Ray are the parents of their daughter-in-law.

After long hours waiting.... We  finally are leaving the Galveston Harbour.
A very beautiful evening.

                               So relaxing just sitting, visiting with friends and having a good drink !!

                                       Our Matradi sang for us every night at dinner. He had a voice
                                     that sounded like Frank Sanatra.  It was beautiful.  The Waiters
                                        and Assist. Waiters also  performed dancing and singing.

                                                   Tuesday,   Key West,  Florida
                                     Coast Guard escorted us in Key West, Florida.  Notice the
                                            Machine Gun mounted on the front of the ship.

                          We walked from our ship to a Restaurant that Frank and Barbard Adamack
                           at their family wedding last year.  "Finnigan's Wake" a very good meal was
                                has had by all.  However, Frank took alot of heat about how far we
                                had walked.  After this Frank gave up his tour leadership....LOL
                                             We Love You Frank.... It was Great Fun !!!


Decision were hard, there were alot of good items on the menu.

Frank, Barb, Dan and I had so much fun playing SkipBo.
The girls lost the first part of the week, but to the boys
dismay we made a recovering Victory  the last of the week...LOL

                                          We strolled around the shops in Freeport, Bahamas



                                It was a beautiful day here in Freeport.  Lots of shops.... didn't spend
                                 much money here.  Every shop seemes to have the same thing.  lol
                                     You can see how close our ship docked to all the shops.




                                     You never know who you will run into....Dan found Bob
                                               so they sat to compare the situation....lol



                                             Yolanda found seed pods on a tree.
                                         It makes pretty flowers on the tree they say.

                            LOL  Frank found a broom to try and knock pods out of the tree.

                                           Lookin cute Ray.  We always have laughs.
                                    Frank talked a helper who just happened to walk by
                                             to help us get pods from the tree.

                        This guide took us back to the Queen's stairs you can see in the background of this picture.
                              The stairs went straight up the wall.  They were dug out of the rock wall.

                                                      needed an escalator...lol

tour of the Atlantis Resort.

                                      ALWAYS HATE AS THE WEEK COMES TO AN END
                                                 LOOK AT THAT CAKE !  IT WAS GOOD
                                                            I HAD A TASTE.  LOL

Nice when you don't have to worry about the calories.... LOL

                                               OUR LAST ANIMAL WAS AN ELEPHANT

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed everything about our cruise.  We look forward to our cruise in
the fall.  Each one seems better each time.
